Functions
The Palmerston North Cosmopolitan Club can be an ideal venue for your function or meeting, with full catering and bar options. A variety of menus are available to suit the function you are planning.
We are able to cater and specialise in looking after sports teams, family or business groups.
There is no hireage cost.
There is a more private area upstairs which comfortably seats about 60 people or we can set aside a space in the main club dining area weather its a group of 10 or 200.
We can decorate and setup for you, the cost for this starts at $50 and decorations will need to be provided to us. However if you would like to come in and decorate the area yourself you are more than welcome. We do ask that no candles are lit in the club at anytime and any balloons are tied down.

Carvery Roast Meal Function Menu
This menu is ideal for larger groups as it is a one serve buffet and there is no cooking wait time. Our normal buffet nights in the club are Friday & Saturday so if you are not booking on one of these night you will need a minimum of 30 people booked for this option to go ahead.
Platter Menu
Platters are available to eat in, pick up or have delivered! The cost of delivery is $20 within Palmerston North. Any platters wherever you choose to have them must be ordered a week prior to the date you would like them booked as they are specially ordered in and prepared.
Banquet Menus
There are two Banquet Menu options available one at $45.00 and the other $50.00 per person. These menus are mainly used for upstairs private functions and are setup specifically for your function on the mezzanine floor to save everyone coming down to the restaurant and bringing their meals back up. This private buffet is a one serving per person. This menu can also be booked for downstairs functions if requested and doesn't conflict with our normal buffet nights.
Breakfast Menu
This menu is for groups of 30+ people and is a buffet style hot breakfast. Please note this menu is put on for functions and our restaurant is not usually open before 11:30am so you must book in advance.
Punch
Our non alcoholic punch is $120 for 15L. Three of the drink dispensers in the photo would make 15L. This must be pre ordered for your function.
Table Cloths & Runners
Table cloths are available to hire for $5ea in either black or white. We also have runners availble to hire for $2ea. See below colour options.
